BIOARTICULATION
2026 13.-17-4.
International residency organized by Catholic University in Ruzomberok, SK

This residency was designed to investigate the unique local environment and the history of Liptovská Mara, an artificial lake created between 1965 and 1975 that submerged villages and castles.
Many former residents lost their homes and still hold onto artefacts that connect them to a place that no longer exists but remains central to their sense of belonging.
In addition to the work carried out in situ, we assembled a curated exhibition of artworks exploring the complex relationship between humans and nature.

Works: Found Pareidolia (digital print), Pain In-Situ (performance), Endemics (laser engraving, steel), LIquid Maps (mixed media) , Killing Time (mixed media)
